If you refer to ...Hi, thank you for your comments. If you refer to the picture that I posted here, I actually used an electronic steam oven or steamer. But, I also experienced the same result using a 3-tier steamer by cook by gas stove. If you wish to use a wok, is advisable for you to put the pan on top of the stand and make sure you use some wet clothing to cover the side of the cover of the wok to make sure no heat were lost during the steaming.
